My name is Steve Hill and I am somebody who has managed to overcome a speech impediment known as a stutter or stammer. As a career I now help other people to achieve fluency and one of the types of speech therapy I offer is via a self-help DVD. Once I produced this DVD I needed to find a company to copy the DVD’s for me.
The first experience of this industry saw me dealing with a man from the Warwickshire area of England. He sent me fifty copies of the DVD and had stated that he had checked each one and that they were all working/playing fine. Before posting a DVD to a client I always like to also check them myself, I feel very unprofessional when somebody phones me to say that the DVD does not work correctly.
Out of this batch of fifty, thirteen were lets say faulty. To say that I was shocked would be an understatement. I phoned up the man and could not get through to talk to him for about two weeks.
