Emails
brought us the freedom to communicate quickly with anyone anywhere over the
internet. Being the most cost effective and efficient method to transmit all
kinds of electronic data, it has become indispensable for professionals,
students and for all most every person who calls himself a literate.

But, the
freedom came to us at the cost of being tied to the PC or laptop for accessing
the emails. Each one of us today has the ‘need’ to access our email account in
order to remain connected with our friends, customers, suppliers and other
resources at least once a day to several times a day.

For many
of us, who do not have a P.C and are usually on the move, it really becomes
difficult to rush to some desk top system every now and then just to access our
emails. Sometimes we even spend our money and time at cyber cafes just to read
some important information emailed to us.

I often
envied my boss who carried a smart laptop and a smart phone with him and enjoyed
the power of being connected with the world.

Many of
my senior colleagues also had the advantage of mobile access to their emails
through their smart phones. But for me it was a wish which could not be
fulfilled until another couple of years.

It would
cost me a fortune to avail these luxury devices. 

I would
have remained content with my office P.C and ordinary mobile phone until I read
