So take the morning flight from the East Coast and be skiing that afternoon on the slopes of Deer Valley Resort.
Besides the luxury of not having to share the slopes with snowboarders it is also known for it’s exceptional customer service. Deer Valley Resort offers a free parking shuttle and free valet ski drop off. Just pull up and hand your ski equipment to one of the friendly hosts and then park your car. It is nice to not have to struggle carrying your ski equipment around. They also offer free overnight ski storage and boot storage. Especially with a large family, it’s nice to minimize carrying your equipment back and forth so you can enjoy your ski vacation that much more.
The amazing food at Deer Valley Resort is another great feature. The food at the resort is not much more expensive than other ski resorts but it is gourmet in nature and the lodges offer an amazing setting to enjoy the great food as well. The most popular item is the Deer Valley Turkey Chili. The employees servicing Deer Valley are extra friendly as well compared to other ski resorts as well. The ski resort does limit the number of people that go on the slope so that your dining experience is not too crowded. Though it is best to dine off the peak hours of noon to 2pm on busier days.
Then their is the incredible groomed slopes that Deer Valley is also known for. If you enjoy long groomed runs then you will truly enjoy skiing at Deer Valley Resort.
