Growth through adversity, I’d rather pass on that approach if possible and avoidable! If we continuously are aware of our own habits and take action to change them, I think it is possible. Learning from others mistakes and foibles is another applicable approach.

It’s always much easier to see and criticize others mistakes. It’s more difficult to see our own, unless we are constantly aware of our actions and thoughts.

What causes Acne?

Acne Causes #1: Hormones.

For the majority of acne sufferers, the trouble begins at puberty.

When the body begins to produce hormones called androgen. These hormones, androgen cause the sebaceous glands to enlarge, which is a natural part of the body development and stimulate actively.
Usually depend on individual and may vary in one or anyone but sometimes acne flare-up due to androgen actively overstimulate the sebaceous glands. In some cases lasted into adulthood. Acne flare-ups may also affect some female associated with the menstrual cycle and or when pregnancy.
