Several years ago, a Chinese leader told me that ‘change’ is not an individual word, but a composition of two words: Wei and Gi. Wei means danger and Gi means opportunity. Danger and opportunity are intertwined, and how we deal with the danger defines how we will see and benefit from the opportunity.
