Who are you really? How do you define your authenticity and integrity?
Do you give room for the expression of the true you?that which has no limits and no definition?to shine? Or is this expression bound to the beliefs of who you think you are or should be?

In spirituality we read much about authenticity and integrity, but I’m not always sure we have a clear understanding of these terms. This is going to sound like a cliché, and rightfully so, but trust is the cornerstone of every relationship. Without it, a relationship is full of misery and doomed to fail. Goal setting is one of the greatest keys to success of all time. Think of goals like road maps. If you don’t have a destination, how will you get anywhere? When you know exactly where you want to go, it is much easier to plan out and execute. When you can picture yourself in the future of how you want to look and when you want to achieve it by, it will create a burning desire and faith to achieve it.

There are two kinds of people in life?those who make their decisions based on faith and those who are constrained by fear. Faith inspires us to move forward, while fear can keep us trapped in the mundane but “safe” world of our own choosing.

Do you have fears that hold you back from opportunities to grow? Dwelling in fear versus faith makes all the difference in what you are willing to do. How you choose to approach the risks and opportunities set before you will largely determine your lot in life and impact your potential for happiness.

Fear-Based Living
