We’ve been on an economic ride lately. There are a lot of things to worry about. Several years ago, a Chinese leader told me that ‘change’ is not an individual word, but a composition of two words: Wei and Gi. Wei means danger and Gi means opportunity. Danger and opportunity are intertwined, and how we deal with the danger defines how we will see and benefit from the opportunity.

It’s been a whopper of an economic ride lately. Your net worth is down. You’re more worried about your job security than you were a month ago. You may even be afraid your bank will fold and you’ll lose your money.

Don’t let the fear of making a mistake keep you from starting your own successful internet business. Here are two tips to help get you started and overcome your fear.

Hey, we all make mistakes right?

But that’s no reason NOT to try to build an online business. I say, get out there, make some mistakes. After all, that is how we all learn.

I know there are some people out there who want to give Internet marketing a try, but fear of making a mistake has kept them from getting started. Don’t let fear hold you back.

Since late last summer the cost of oil has skyrocketed to record prices. But that’s not the real energy crisis. The real energy crisis is in the price millions of Americans pay every day for worrying. Yes, worrying!

There’s a lot of talk today about the price of oil. Since late last summer, the cost of oil has skyrocketed to record prices. But that’s not the real energy crisis.

The real energy crisis is not in the price of oil. It is in the price millions of people pay every day for worrying. Yes, worrying! How much energy do people expend day after day worrying about things that are out of their control? How much energy is wasted over things that might not even happen?

Jealousy is a terrible characteristic in any relationship, but sometimes it is not always your partner’s fault. If you’re being a total flirt wherever you go, it might be up to you to fix the relationship. Learn to recognise when you have crossed the line and save your own relationship.

When you see a cutie from across the club and give ‘em ‘the eyes’ (you know which ones I mean) your significant other is probably not going to be happy.

I should know; I’ve seen more bar fights start that way.

There are two kinds of people in life?those who make their decisions based on faith and those who are constrained by fear. Faith inspires us to move forward, while fear can keep us trapped in the mundane but “safe” world of our own choosing.

Do you have fears that hold you back from opportunities to grow? Dwelling in fear versus faith makes all the difference in what you are willing to do. How you choose to approach the risks and opportunities set before you will largely determine your lot in life and impact your potential for happiness.

Fear-Based Living

A gallon of gasoline spilled on the floor and the tech, a stray spark,
a nearly full fuel tank in the middle of the fire, the car is on the
hoist and unmovable. This is my biggest fear as a shop owner. I would
like to spend some time discussing the problem, highlight some of the
things I have found we can do to cut the odds of it happening, and
share some info.

How to Create Exciting Breakthroughs in your Work and your Life:

“How do you know if you can’t do it, unless you try?” This is what Pablo, our adventure guide on a recent trip to Mexico said to me, as he looked me straight in the eyes. I was poised to repel down 40 feet in the air into a Mayan sink hole that was 39 feet deep. I was all harnessed up in my gear and my husband and two kids were already swimming in the water with the rest of our group of 8. All that was left was Susan from Texas, me, and our guide, Pablo. Susan decided she couldn’t do it and left me facing Pablo. He repeated, “How do you know you can’t do it, unless you try?”

If you’re like most people who sell, you probably have some serious resistance to making cold calls. The fear of cold calling is practically an epidemic – but not the kind that gets publicized. It’s a silent and personal struggle.

But it really doesn’t have to be this way. Your fears can be overcome when you keep in mind these 3 basic concepts to cold calling the new way.

1. Rejection doesn’t have to be a part of cold calling
