I’ve often found with clients over the years that one of the main challenges that holds them back from building a successful business and life is that they don’t have confidence and belief in themselves.  Having self confidence about your ability to achieve what you want in life gives you the motivation you need to take the action to get to your ultimate goals.

Here are three simple steps you can use each day to strengthen your inner confidence.

Step One.    Start a journal that contains three sections; Journaling, Success and Having Gratitude.

This is going to sound like a cliché, and rightfully so, but trust is the cornerstone of every relationship. Without it, a relationship is full of misery and doomed to fail.

This is going to sound like a cliché, and rightfully so, but trust is the cornerstone of every relationship. Without it, a relationship is full of misery and doomed to fail. With extramarital affairs, divorce and failed relationships becoming more and more prevalent in today’s society, many people are becoming reluctant to place their faith in their partners. They view their partners with suspicion, while questioning their every word.

Your mind can do great wonders. By re-programming it, you will able to achieve greater things in your life and be in better control of your future.

The mind is a very powerful tool. It moulds your identity, thoughts, feelings and opinions. That is just how powerful your mind is. As such, it is not a wonder that people are now turning to self-hypnosis techniques to allow them to reprogram the mind to help you achieve greater things in life.

When we are fully present, we experience LIFE. We can see more clearly what has to happen. We can see the truth about the moment. We can see the truth about our impact. We can fully feel our feelings: joy, anger, sadness or excitement. It is in this place that we can better identify, as leaders in our own lives, what needs to happen next.

As a business coach, I ask my clients, “Have you ever had any of these experiences?”

~ You drive home from work and then don’t remember how you got there.

You received good news; you want to eat; you feel anxious or worried; you want to eat; you are feeling down for no particular reason that you can identify; you want to eat. What is this voice similar to a recording playing over and over in your head? Sometimes this voice is screaming and so overwhelming for the urge to give in. This is head hunger or emotional eating. What is emotional eating and how can you silence that voice?

Are any of these scenarios familiar to you?

Consolidating your debts is essential if you want to avoid the interest trap and subsequently future grief and stress.

Debt consolidation solutions relieve individuals and families, as there are few feelings worse than being overwhelmed with debt; it carries over to burden you in every other problem you encounter.

Many debt consolidation organizations and companies tell you that if you pay the least amount of money, applying it to your bills will take you forever to repay your debts. This is true; however, if you are paying the least amount, it is showing effort on your part.

You can get over a relationship faster than you think through the LOA.

Your mind keeps wandering back to the last great time you had with your ex, and you just can’t seem to get over the breakup. How can the Law of Attraction help you with this?

Give yourself some time to get over the initial sting of the breakup and then focus on your needs at this time. Going through a breakup can be emotionally as well as mentally draining. The best thing that you can do for yourself right now is to make sure that you are being pampered.
