One of the more interesting trends we are seeing in wall murals today is their installation in “basement bars.”
When a family purchases a new home, the basement is usually unfinished. Typically it becomes the first place for general storage (along with the garage), until permanent storage solutions are made to closets, shelves, and attics. Once the “major purchases” such as appliances, furniture, and landscaping are taken care, the family home-spending often plateaus off.
